Purpose of the Position
IH is currently in process of revising its already developed HR, Admin, and Procurement manuals in line with the Government of Pakistan (GOP)’s policies and current practices in the field. IH- Pakistan invites applications for the position of an organizational development consultant. The consultant will work under the supervision of Country Manager IH and in close coordination with the Senior Management
team (SMT) of IH. The consultant will have the responsibilities to review and revise already developed HR, Administration, and Procurement manuals.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Under the overall guidance of Regional Director of IH and supervision of Country Manager, and close coordination with SMT the consultant will be responsible for the following key functions: Review and revise already developed HR, Administration, and Procurement manuals in line with the

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, and Experience
Masters degree preferably in Management Sciences – MBA, MPA or any other relevant degree
At least 5 years of work experience as Manager HR & Administration in a reputable international
NGO. Capacity building and training skills
Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of MS- Word, Excel and Power Point
Good communication & team building skills.
